Hoang Minh Khanh

After graduating from the University of Economics and Law with a  Bachelor Degree in Civil Law, Minh Khanh practiced and dealt with several areas of law as a Paralegal in Phuoc & Partners Law Co., Ltd with domestic and foreign clients, both individuals and companies/corporations. In terms of labour and employment field, Minh Khanh focuses on cases of consulting about labour contract, labour disputes, drafting and submitting labour regulations, etc. Minh Khanh also aids his clients with minimising the legal risks of salary and allowance when clients conclude their labour contracts. Minh Khanh regularly studies the details based on the provisions of law and practices to offer an optimal resolution for clients. In addition, drafting Investment registration procedures and establishing enterprises are also his strong points.

With his expertise in listening and understanding clients, Minh Khanh will increasingly improve and further specialise in these above-mentioned fields.
