Phan Huy Quyen

After graduating from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2018 and pursuing a Lawyer certificate from the Ho Chi Minh Judicial Academy, Huy Quyen has been working continuously as a Legal Assistant in well-known local law offices.

During this period, Quyen practiced and dealt with several areas of law. In 2017, he had a chance to work with more than 18 local joint-stock commercial banks for loans and settle bank account for business; payment in term of L/C, DP, even TT . He has worked on over 100 import and export commercial contracts, providing him experience with checking Bills of lading, certificates of origin, invoice packing lists, insurance, etc. He has also practiced in obtaining various types of licenses for drafting and reviewing other service and commercial contracts, litigation, and debt collection. In June 2018, Quyen received the honor to work on the HAC CANH VIEN project, mainly in charge of building up a Structure of procedure and conducting Market research on the product. In 2019, Quyen practiced in the labour field with a short-term role as an assistant for Human Resource Director in Trung Nguyen International. Even though his time working there was brief, it provided valuable experience for Quyen to practice in the Labour and Employment field and conducting himself as a recruitment team leader.

After leaving a local law office , Quyen has joined Phuoc & Partners Law Co., Ltd as Paralegal since 01 December 2019. Besides the other legal practices, Quyen has also studied in the areas of 4.0 Legal tech, Intellectual Property, tax, and energy.
