Tran Thanh Phuong

After graduating from University of Economics and Law in 2012 of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law, Thanh Phuong has been working as a legal specialist and lawyer for several business consulting firms.

During his 7-year working period in this position, Phuong has practiced and gained legal experience in Corporate, Investment and Commercial Law. He was handling investment projects and approximately one hundred client cases such as providing legal advices for Japanese investors, companies’ management structures, restructuring investment capital, drafting charters and business templates for companies, etc. He also performed procedures of investment project registration as well as company establishment and its subsidiaries.

After hard working and passing the examination of lawyer practice, Phuong obtained a Lawyer Practicing Certificate in 2017 and joined the Ho Chi Minh Bar Association in the same year. Thereafter, Thanh Phuong has practiced as a legal adviser on how to obtain investments and enterprise licenses, business licenses applications for foreign-invested enterprise, constructor permits and licenses in representative office of foreign traders and relevant matters.

After leaving a Japanese Consultancy company, Thanh Phuong has joined Phuoc & Partners Law Co., Ltd as Associate since 1 November 2019.
